Terry’s Story
My name’s Terry, I’m 72 years old and have 11 grandchildren. They keep me fairly busy! I have tried to be active for many years now. But I am not super-fit and I am certainly no athlete. I just realised that if I wanted to enjoy a quality of life – especially through my later years – with the mobility and strength to take part in things, as opposed to just looking on, I had to keep moving. And so I do, especially with exercises such as these. They are simple, they are fun, and you’ll simply feel better!
